Welcome to ViryberX. By accessing our website, registering an account, or purchasing digital products and hosting services from our marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Registration
To purchase and download templates, you must register for a ViryberX account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in prohibited activities.
2. Digital Products and Purchases
ViryberX offers premium digital website templates. All payments are securely processed through our third-party providers, Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service regarding payment processing.
Upon successful payment verification, you will receive access to securely download your purchased digital products via your ViryberX dashboard.
3. License and Use Restrictions
Templates purchased on ViryberX are subject to specific licensing agreements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual product license, you agree NOT to:
- Redistribute, resell, or lease the template source code as-is.
- Offer the template in a competing marketplace.
- Claim original ownership of the underlying design or code assets.

4. Hosting Services
ViryberX may offer managed hosting subscriptions for specific templates. By subscribing to a hosting plan, you agree to recurring billing as specified during checkout. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. ViryberX reserves the right to suspend hosting services for accounts with payment failures or Terms of Service violations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and designs on the ViryberX marketplace itself (excluding user-generated content or third-party assets) are the exclusive property of ViryberX. You may not use our branding, logos, or marketplace design without prior written permission.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled strictly according to ourRefund Policy and in conjunction with the respective terms of Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy. Please review our Refund Policy before making a purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
ViryberX provides templates and services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that templates will be completely error-free or compatible with all future software updates. In no event shall ViryberX be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of ViryberX constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
