Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ViryberX. We strive to build premium, production-ready website templates to help you launch your projects faster. However, because our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, our refund policy is strict.
1. Digital Products
Generally, all sales of digital products (templates and code assets) are final. Once a purchase is made and the files are delivered to your account, we cannot issue an automatic refund due to the impossibility of "returning" a downloaded digital asset.
2. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or exchange under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Major Defects: If the template contains a major critical defect that prevents its use and our support team is unable to provide a fix or workaround in a timely manner.
- Product Not As Described: If the product is materially different from its description or live preview.
3. Gumroad & Lemon Squeezy Payment Processing
All transactions on ViryberX are securely processed through our authorized payment providers, Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy. Therefore, any refund requests are subject to their respective terms of service and refund policies. If a refund is approved by ViryberX, it will be processed back to your original payment method via Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy.
4. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy receipt, order ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
5. Hosting Subscriptions
If you have purchased a managed hosting subscription, you may cancel it at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations will prevent future billing, but we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of the current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
